REFUND POLICY

Our priority is to make sure that you're happy and have the best experience possible with us. That means if our products aren't for you, we'll refund your first #39 capsule order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding built in shipping costs. 

If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we’ll refund your first order in full in certain circumstances. Please contact us at info@byehang.com to request a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

 Shipping is free (included into the price for your purchase) for all domestic purchases within the USA. Shipping will be calculated at checkout for all other destinations.
